The Snapshot takes 10 minutes. You’ll receive a four-page PDF report identifying your strongest pillar, your weakest pillar.
35 questions per respondent. Each member of the leadership team — the CEO and five to eight senior leaders — answers the same questions independently, in their own time, without comparing notes. The instrument produces a composite reading of the business that no individual leader can produce alone.

Which pillar is structurally weakest, by team consensus rather than by founder reading. Often a different pillar than the one the founder identified in their own Snapshot — and the difference is itself the first conversation the team needs to have.
Where the founder reads the business stronger than the team does, and by how much. The typical pattern is a gap of 8 to 12 points on a 175-point scale, with the largest gap usually appearing on the constraint pillar. The gap is not a problem to be apologised for — it is structural information about which leader is closest to which dimension of the business.
Each pillar is measured by the team’s average score and by how far apart the team’s responses sit from each other. Where variance is low, the team agrees — the consensus is itself the finding. Where variance is high, the team does not share a common view, and the conversation about that dimension has not yet happened in the business.
Where the team agrees, the constraint is real. Where the team disagrees, the conversation has not yet happened. Both are diagnostic. Both shape what comes next.
The Diagnostic is delivered as a half-day session — either facilitated by Sadek directly, or guided through the platform’s own debrief flow. The session is the work, not the questions. The questions identify where the conversation needs to happen. The conversation is what produces the change.
